A DIRECTOR of a Preston company that failed with debts of more than £500,000 has been disqualified from taking part in the management of any company for more than a decade.
Moshin Salya, 25, of Cooper Hill Drive, Walton-le-Dale, was the director of Continental Claims Consultants Limited, based in Skeffington Road, which was placed into voluntary liquidation on March 22, 2002, with estimated debts of £563,000.
The director of the accident claims and mobile phone import business did not dispute that he caused or allowed the company to trade to the detriment of the Crown, and caused or allowed the company not to keep adequate accounting records.
He gave an undertaking to the Insolvency Service, on September, 24, not to be a director or be involved in the management of any company for 14 years.
