PRESTWICH Business Forum will hold its annual general meeting at the start of its monthly get-together next Tuesday.
Nominations have been sought by the forum for officers to serve for the next 12 months.
These are chairman, deputy chairman, secretary, treasurer, three other elected members of the executive committee and auditor. The meeting is at the Village Hotel in Prestwich at 6pm.
Guest speaker will be Prestwich-born author Gordon Jones whose topic will be Successful Marketing on a Shoestring.
Mr Jones is a chartered marketer and principal of Gregory Jones Marketing Communications.
Mr Jones says that many businesses spend hard-earned money on marketing, but much of it proves ineffective. His presentation will give you a greater understanding of successful marketing and how to avoid pitfalls.
