BOSSES have denied that Crown post offices in Bury and elsewhere in Greater Manchester are on a closure "hit list."
Although the network of main post offices nationally is losing £70 million a year, the Post Office says no plans have been drawn up to shut any local Crown offices. And this week they announced a £20 million investment programme.
The reassurance comes after 13 branch post offices throughout the borough were closed earlier this year
