LOCAL carers can find help and support at a special information day. Carers Link, in King Street, Accrington, will hold the event to coincide with Carers Rights Day.
The group claims thousands of carers could be missing out on support they are entitled to with sick or disabled relatives.
Now carers can attend the event, planned for Thursday, December 2, from 10am to 3pm, to find out more.
The social services, Citizens Advice Bureau and the Pensions Service will be on hand to supply advice.
Kathleen Eastwood, manager of Carers Link, said: "Anyone who looks after a sick or disabled person on an unpaid basis could get help."
