NOW we know why it was so imperative that council tax had to go up this year - it was to pay for councillors' expenses!
Councillors with high claims for private transport should be ashamed of themselves when they should be supporting public transport both for its own sake and to save asking for such high refunds from the people they are supposed to be working for.
