MASSIVE is the only way to describe Rossendale United's clash with Warrington Town, according to player-manager Mark Molyneaux.

The Dark Lane outfit have the chance to leapfrog their UniBond First Division rivals tomorrow and put further distance between themselves and the relegation zone.

And goalkeeper Molyneaux is confident his side will have no problem in putting their midweek Lancashire FA Marsden Trophy exit at the hands of Premier Division side Bamber Bridge behind them and fully focus on the game.

"The lads were disappointed in the respect they could have got more out of the game. The players all agreed we should have done better," he said.

"It was a schoolboy error that cost us again for the first goal.

"The defenders have got to be more switched on or else we'll be punished for it.

"We've got to learn to keep our shape when things are going against us as well.

"But we have got two massive games in Warrington tomorrow and Mossley on Tuesday and they know they've got to be up for them."

He added: "Normally I would have made changes for cup games, but I didn't on Tuesday because I want to keep continuity in the side.

"But just because someone played on Tuesday doesn't mean he's guaranteed the shirt tomorrow.

"The players are only as good as their last game, but hopefully we'll get back on track tomorrow.

Molyneaux does not expect to have any injury concerns ahead of tomorrow's game.

"Everyone should be in contention for a place," he said.
