I WOULD like to thank parents, staff, students and friends of St Theodore's Catholic Sports College and Sixth Form for their letters and declarations of support in our efforts to retain Catholic Sixth Form provision in Burnley.
To date, 1,128 objections to the proposals of the LEA and the Diocese have been forwarded to Mr G Whittle, Head of Member Services, PO Box 78, County Hall, Preston PR1 8XJ.
Copies of all correspondence received have also been posted to Bishop T Brain, Mr P Pike MP and County Councillor Alan Whittle.
