A TRIAL is to be fixed by Bury magistrates in the case of a Radcliffe man accused of driving with more than twice the legal level of alcohol in his system.
Michael Bradley (24), of Bolton Road, Radcliffe, denied the charge of drink- driving in Sefton Street. The hearing was adjourned to a pre-trial review on January 21.
