FRANK Rothwell JP, has been awarded an OBE for services to the community of Leigh in the Queen's New Year's Honours list.
Mr Rothwell was former magistrate and chairman of the licensing committee, and boss of steel fabrication and enginering firm A Hodgson, of Guest Street, Leigh.
