A PATIENT who went missing from Fairfield Hospital in Bury was found drowned on Boxing Day.
The body of Adrian Roberts was discovered in the River Roch at the rear of the hospital. It is believed he had been in the water for two hours before being found by a passer-by.
It is not known how long Mr Roberts (34), of Oldham, had been a patient at the hospital. There are no suspicious circumstances surrounding the death. A post mortem is still to be held.
