POST-Christmas diets can be livened up with a trip to Ramsbottom's first farmers' market of the new year.
The market comes to town on January 9 and will bring with it healthy alternatives including Uncle Peter's Fudge Company's range of "additive-free" homemade pasta sauces, OSA's stir fry sauces and Iqbal's range of Asian chutneys.
Regular producers, High Seas Seafoods, and Capra Goat Products as well as many others will also have stalls at the market.
