YOUNG Rossendale swimmers will be meeting Tony the Tiger at an Amateur Swimming Association (ASA) awards presentation.
Tony, who is the ASA's mascot, will be greeting youngsters who train at Marl Pits in Rawtenstall and Haslingden swimming pools.
The event is to celebrate the pool's first year as part of Rossendale Leisure Trust Ltd.
Carole Fairhurst, facility manager at Haslingden Swimming Pool, said: "We're very pleased with the level of support that the ASA has given the trust during its first year.
"We are delighted to be presenting our young swimmers with the awards and badges that they've worked so hard for."
The event will be held at Bacup Leisure Hall this Sunday, between 5pm and 7.30pm.
After the presentation, Tony the Tiger will be joined by DJ Mad Mat for a children's disco.
Tickets are free, and there are a limited number still available from the pool's reception.
