A YOUTH who hit a man over the head with a bottle during a street fight was videoed on a resident's security monitor.
Daniel Ainsley, aged 19, of Topping Fold Road, Bury, was placed on probation and ordered to pay personal compensation by Bury magistrates
He admitted assaulting Vincent Hogg causing actual bodily harm.
He was made subject to a community rehabilitation order for 12 months with a requirement to attend the probation service's Addressing Substances Related Offending programme.
Ainsley was also ordered to pay £100 compensation and £120 court costs.
