A LEIGH man has denied handling a stolen JCB worth £18,000.
Gary Rigby, of Coronation Drive, Higher Folds pleaded not guilty at Liverpool Crown Court to handling the machine belonging to Arthur Stephenson Engineering of Leigh on June 11.
Rigby, 22, was remanded on bail to await his trial beginning on March 7.
