ACCRINGTON Stanley have rejected a five-figure bid for Rory Prendergast from Bristol Rovers.
The Coca Cola League Two side have been in discussions with the Reds over the left winger for the last two weeks.
But chairman Eric Whalley said the price was far from right.
"Their offer was way out," he said.
"We haven't put a valuation on Rory but everything has a price.
"Rory is a key member of our side and it would take a good offer for us to let him go."
