BURY'S coroner's officer has issued a thank-you after successfully tracing the brother of a man who died in the town.
Mr Geoff Cave appealed for help through the Bury Times following the discovery of the body of 57-year-old Mr Stuart Whittaker. He was found at his house in Holme Avenue, Bury. There were no suspicious circumstances.
Thanks to the appeal, Mr Whittaker's brother, who lives in Preston, contacted Mr Cave from Rome, where he was on business.
Now, the coroner's officer would like to thank everyone who telephoned him with information surrounding Mr Whittaker's next of kin.
