KEEN cyclists of all abilities in Bury are being urged to gear up for a fundraising ride from London to Paris in aid of Marie Curie Cancer Care.
The 300km cycle ride will take place over three days, starting from one of Marie Curie's hospices and ending at the Sorbonne University, where Marie Curie carried out her research.
As well as taking in the scenic French countryside and bustling towns during the cycle ride, cyclists will be able to take in the sights of Paris on the fourth day.
Those wishing to take part must own their own bike and raise £950. Money raised will help to pay for nursing care for those with terminally ill cancer.
