THE IRISH are coming to Blackpool for a post-St Pat's day knees-up this March.
The green isle's music and dance extravaganza, Riverdance, hits Blackpool's Opera House for one week from March 28 to April 2.
The date is one of just nine in the UK, and will be 'the final visit' by the show, organisers say.
As well as its seaside run, Riverdance will take in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Newcastle, Manchester, Sheffield, Nottingham, Cardiff, Birmingham and London.
The tour also marks the tenth anniversary of Riverdance's first UK performances. The show opened in February 1995 at Dublin's Point Theatre, and has been seen by more than 18 million people worldwide since.
Composed by Bill Whelan, the album also won a Grammy award as 'best musical show album', in February 1997.
Tickets, costing £10-£25 weekdays and £12.50-£27.50 Friday and Saturday, are available from Blackpool LIVE on 292029.
