A TRIAL is to be held in the case of a Bury woman accused of intimidating the mother of a witness in criminal proceedings.
Eileen Higson (42), of Chaffinch Drive, was before the bench at Bury and denied she threatened harm to Mrs Catherine Spencer and her property.
It is alleged the verbal threat was made by a call from a telephone box.
The bench accepted summary jurisdiction and the case was adjourned to a pre-trial review on February 4. Higson was granted conditional bail.
