MAGISTRATES agreed to a further adjournment in the case of a man accused of being part of a theft of £24,659 worth of property from a Pilsworth Industrial estate.
An application to discharge the case against Daniel Francis Jennings (20), from Liverpool, was refused.
He is accused of damaging a transit van to the value of £500 belonging Pilsworth Industrial Estate and stealing camcorders and other electronic equipment to the value of £24,659 belonging to Argos.
Rochdale magistrates indicated that committal proceedings to Bolton Crown Court should go ahead on January 17.
