PAPER boys from a Bury newsagents have turned down the Christmas tips they were given a few months ago from customers and have decided to donate it all to the Tsunami appeal.
The delivery team of Aaron Krepel (15), Matthew Modd (13), Ben Hadley (14) and Matthew Eccles (14), decided that the money should go to a good causes after their boss, Mr Saj Khan, of Thomson news on Chesham Road, counted up their tips and it came to £50.
Mr Khan said: "Straight away they said they wanted to donate the money to the Tsunami appeal. I had a collection box for tips and for the disaster appeal on the counter, but they wanted to tip it into the disaster fund. I asked them if they were sure because it was a lot of money, but they said that it was what they wanted to do."
