AROUND 800,000 loyal Britannia members are sharing more than £42 million this year through the building societys unique membership reward, which returns a share of annual profits.
Members of Britannia, which has branches in Bury and Radcliffe, will be receiving an average of £52 each, with more than 100,000 getting £100 or more. They have now shared in excess of £370 million since the reward was launched nine years ago.
Britannia is the UK's second biggest building society, with more than £23 billion assets, 2.2 million members and 188 branches countrywide.
