BURY magistrates are to fix a trial date in the case of a man accused of assaulting another man during an incident in the town last November.
Leslie Joseph Leigh (43), of Hopwood Close, Bury, pleaded not guilty to assaulting Neil Travis causing actual bodily harm.
He was granted bail to attend a pre-trial review on April 1.
