PRESTWICH-based fundraising group Tender Loving Care (TLC) is organising a five-star gala dinner and race night to be held at the City of Manchester Stadium on Saturday, March 19.
All the money made at the event will go to the Christie Hospital Gastro-intestinal Cancer Research Fund.
TLC is a voluntary group which raises money for the hospital. Over the eight years of its existence, TLC has given around £150,000 to Christies.
Businesses or individuals are also required to sponsor a race or a horse, costing £50 and £10 respectively. Anyone needing further information can ring Glenda Baker at TLC on 773 6412 or 0798 4855964. Tickets cost £35.
