BURY'S Gigg Lane ground has been chosen as a venue for an England Under-19 clash on Easter Monday, March 28.
The game, against Sweden, is a qualifying group fixture for the Elite Round of the 2004/2005 UEFA European Under-19 championship.
With the Shakers travelling to Chester City for a League Two fixture in the afternoon the international has been arranged for 7.30pm so fans can have a double dose of soccer over the holiday.
A meeting between the club and FA representatives is to go ahead at Gigg Lane to finalise arrangements.
