Social Services are over-budget, the streets are awash with discarded food items, drinks cans of all varieties and general assorted garbage, yet our half-baked town council spend money making new - or refurbishing old - car-parks, erecting signs and paying teams of workers to run-around after the littering morons, instead of catching them at it.
Or have our council "leaders" completely lost the plot?
