A SUNDAY bus service has been disrupted for road surfacing work.
Passengers using the 593 service are warned that Wigan Road, Leigh, will be closed to traffic between Twist Lane and Hulme Road on June 12, 19 and 26 and will divert via Nel Pan Lane, Westleigh Lane, Kirkhall Lane, Leigh Road and Market Street into Wigan bus station.
A free shuttle bus will operate along the following route to help passengers connect with the 593 or 658 at the Tamar - Wigan Road/Hulme Road via Wigan Road, Nel Pan Lane, Shelley Street, Tennyson Avenue, Wigan Road to Wigan Road/Hulme Road.
