Valley Centre
Rossendale's regeneration officer has been collating the feedback from residents in a survey conducted in the Asda store. Funnily enough the boarded up town centre seemed high on people's agenda. Perceptive these Rawtenstall shoppers! The council say they are applying for almost £1M in funding from the North West Development Agency to be used on the disgraceful Valley Centre.
