WINTRY weather has returned to East Lancashire today with many parts of the area seeing snow showers.
Frosty conditions were reported across the region this morning and experts at the Met Office said temperatures could reach as low as minus six tomorrow night.
County Councillor Keith Young said: “The main message to people is to continue to be extremely careful and do not be complacent.”
