A BUILDING contractor that has been in Blackburn for 30 years is trying to build a new premises to safeguard its future in the town.
Bryan Lee Ltd is based at Hoggs Mill Yard, Moorgate Street.
The firm has lodged a planning application for a revamp of the site including a new purpose-built headquarters.
In the application, the company said it needed to update the buildings to “secure a base for the future of the business in Blackburn”.
