Police are investigating a suspected arson attack following a car fire on Monday night.
Five firefighters tackled the blaze in the cab of a Ford Transit van parked in Ellison Fold Terrace, Darwen in Sudell, at 6.40pm.
A spokesperson for Lancashire Fire and Rescue said: “We are still trying to determine the cause of the fire in the vehicle.
“And we have launched a joint investigation with the police.”
