PUPILS from a Barnoldswick primary school paid a visit to the town’s police station as part of its ‘People that help us’ campaign.
The year six pupils who attend St Joseph’s RC Primary School, in West Close Road, were given a guided tour of the station and met local officers who described their role in the community.
The visit was organised by PC Brendan Wood, who is the community beat manager who patrol the Coates Ward.
The children were accompanied by teachers Mrs Wood and Mrs Lucas.
