FORMER office space in a £1 million business centre is being used to house a ladies-only gym.
Kate Turner was able to install In and Out Fitness at Bridgewater House, Nelson, after agreeing a letting deal with property firm Hurstwood.
In and Out Fitness operates on 30-minute circuit sessions and appointments are available at three-minute intervals between 8.15am and 7.30pm.
The gym offers various membership terms and is open to ladies of all ages.
Kate is also working in conjunction with Age Concern to provide women over 50 with a 10-week taster offer as part of the government’s scheme to improve fitness levels among this age group.
