Inclusive Fitness Initiative - What!
Haslingden Sports Centre is now fully IFI accredited (Inclusive Fitness Initiative). This is a programme supporting the fitness industry to cater for the needs of disabled and non disabled people.
There will be "taster" sessions and classes such as; mobility and spinning, gym inductions, workshops and fitness assessments. Contact 01706 227016.
