TWELVE changes to planning conditions for a 70 bedroom care home on the site of the Great Marsden Hotel, in Barkerhouse Road, Nelson, have been approved by councillors.
The changes include the stipulation that no ground clearance, demolition, or construction work can begin until protective fencing has been erected around trees to be preserved.
Members of Nelson Committee rubber-stamped the new plans on Monday.
