TWIN Valley Homes has applied to create new parking spaces at Linden Cresent on the St James Estate.
Planning permission has been lodged with Blackburn with Darwen Council to create three separate areas.
The first is at the ‘top end’ for seven parking spaces and the others either side of the crescent creating four spaces and two.
Twin Valley says it will help alleviate congestion and damage to curbs and grass verges.
The application states that residents affected by the proposals have been consulted under their ‘More Than A Landlord’ initiative.
