SERGEANT Tim Cussans said Padiham had seen significant reductions in non-dwelling burglary, auto crime and damage to dwelling offences during May.
There has been an increase in dwelling burglaries in insecure premises. Forensic inquiries are being progressed in relation to these crimes.
He stated that the police are currently collating information provided by local residents in relation to issues at Whitegate Park.
