FOURTEEN jobs at a Darwen-based flooring company have been saved after it was bought out.
Simon and Daniel Plant, of business recovery and turnaround firm SFP, were appointed administrators of JJS Logistics Limited on October 28, following ‘mounting creditor pressure’.
JJS Logistics employed 14 people and provided work for a number of sub-contractors.
Daniel Plant said: “Following lengthy negotiations I am pleased to confirm we have completed a sale of the business and assets, which has safeguarded a number of jobs”.
