Sponge Bob artist's visit to Whalley a sell-out
A Whalley art gallery was packed out for the visit of a Hollywood artist.
Hollywood artist Todd White, formerly one of the lead designers on the hit cartoon SpongeBob SquarePants and now one of the top three best-selling artists in Britain, visited Art Decor Gallery, Whalley, last Thursday.
Gallery owners Chris and Julie McCabe said the event sold out.
Julie added: “His paint-ings definitely brought a smile to people’s faces, people could relate to the story being told, probably seeing a little bit of themselves or their friends.
Chris said Art Decor was one of only four galleries in the UK that exhibited limited edition prints by Todd and the exhibition was on for another two weeks.
