Officers in Blackpool have issued an urgent appeal to identify a man.
Police said they are concerned about his welfare and wanted anyone to come forward and identify him urgently.

A police spokesperson said: “We want to stress the man is not in any trouble, but we do need to identify him as soon as we can to make sure he is ok.
“If this is you in the picture, or if you know who he is, please call 101 quoting log 0947 of 4th November,”
