Police said officers had carried out numerous enquiries both locally and outside Lancashire, particularly in Southport and Wigan.
However, following those enquiries, the investigation is now focused on the Lytham, St Annes, Fairhaven, Blackpool and wider Fylde coast area.
Officers stressed that they would continue to investigate any information linking Eren to other locations.
In a message to the public, Fylde Police also urged people to avoid online speculation about her disappearance.
The force said: “Eren is a real person and has a lot of people who love her. This is a very difficult time for them and online speculation does not help them.”
