A Blackburn food stall, known for its quirky loaded jacket potato flavours, has launched its second outlet following a successful debut.
Spud Boys, based in Blackburn, opened the new location in Havelock Street on Saturday, October 3, after the success of its first site in Audley, which opened last year.
Videos shared on social media showed customers queuing on opening day.
A spokesperson for Spud Boys said: "After the amazing success and support we've received at our first Spud Boys location in Audley, Blackburn, we're absolutely thrilled to be opening location number TWO!
"We can't wait to welcome even more of you and continue serving up the food you know and love.
"Same great prices, same delicious menu, same Spud Boys quality. PLUS plenty more exciting things to come!
"A massive thank you to everyone who has supported us from day one.
"Here's to the next chapter of Spud Boys!
"A huge thank you to everyone who came down to Havelock Spud Boys and showed your support."
Spud Boys serves a range of loaded jacket potatoes with classic toppings like cheese and beans, as well as curries and other "spud specials."
Spud Boys launched as a business last year. They opened a food stall at the Aquamania Superstore car park off Higher Audley Street.
To mark the opening, Blackburn MP Adnan Hussain and Mayor of Blackburn with Darwen Cllr Brian Taylor joined TikTok creator Danny Taylor and staff to cut the ribbon.
The Lancashire Telegraph even reviewed a spud and rated it five out of five.
Despite its recent opening, the positive reviews have been pouring in for the new Havelock site.
One customer said: "Came to try the new location. I'm a regular at Audley Spud Boys; this is closer to home.
"Same big portion sizes. Quality food and well-priced. Keep it up, lads."
Another said: "Wow, did not disappoint. Equally as good quality as the other branch in Audley. Always spot on."
"I'm a regular at Audley, this is now closer to home. Will be over every day. For the price, the spud filled me up, and I had some left over," said another.Â
