A woman was taken to hospital after being rescued from the River Ribble in Preston.
Emergency services were called to the Boulevard just after 6pm on Friday (October 16) to a report of a woman being in the river.
Police and Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service attended and the woman was safely brought out of the water at 6.19pm.
She was taken to hospital for treatment.
