Two Lancashire entrepreneurs have opened a new business in Whalley with plans to grow across the region.
Rikki Lear and Mark Byrne, co-founders of the Clitheroe-based digital agency Digital 22, have launched Imagine Growth, a technology consultancy that integrates artificial intelligence into customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Their previous venture, Digital 22, was acquired by Avidly in January 2022.
Mr Lear said: "When we sold Digital 22, I wasn't sure I'd do it again. What I missed was the people, and working with clients directly.
"So this is that, done properly. Four senior people.
"The people who sell the work build it, and nobody sits in the middle.
"And with Claude doing the heavy lifting inside HubSpot, four of us can take on work that used to need a much bigger team."
Imagine Growth launches with a team of four, including director Emma Lear and its first employee, Ishika Trivedi.
The consultancy serves B2B clients across the UK, Europe, the US, and Canada, and is already recognised as a Gold HubSpot Solutions Partner and a Claude partner.
Imagine Growth is currently hiring for a CRM (HubSpot) consultant/architect, and plans to expand its presence across the North West.
Mr Byrne said: "Most businesses have been told AI will change everything, then nobody shows them what that looks like in their CRM.

"We build Claude into HubSpot so it reads the pipeline, flags the deals at risk and writes the follow-ups, with a person in charge of every decision."
