A man who breached a restraining order received an unwelcome "present" when he appeared in court on his 44th birthday.
Liam Littlefair was jailed for a total of 50 weeks after Blackburn Magistrates' Court heard the offence put him in breach of a suspended sentence order imposed for an offence against the same victim.
Littlefair, 44, of Bethesda Street, Burnley, pleaded guilty to breach of a restraining order.
He was jailed for 10 weeks for the offence and a further 40 weeks of the suspended sentence were activated by District Judge Alexandra Preston.
Safia Hussain, prosecuting, said the restraining order prohibits any contact with the victim.
"She says he has been constantly messaging and calling her since the restraining order was made," said Miss Hussain.
Damien Pickup, mitigating, said the aggrieved party had been "extremely complicit" in the offences, sending him nude photographs and begging him for sex.

"Immediately after he got the restraining order, she contacted him, saying she was sorry and wanted them to be together," said Mr Pickup.
"He kept saying no, but she was persistent and got a taxi from Accrington to Burnley to see him four or five times.
"He has the messages on his phone in which she says she wanted to have sex with him.
"Last week she sent him intimate photographs of herself saying she wanted to have sex with him.
"In one she said if he met her for sex she would have the restraining order dropped."
Mr Pickup said the aggrieved had also been sending his client money and making reference to sex.
"He kept telling her he had moved on and was with someone else, and she responded by sending him intimate images of herself," said Mr Pickup.
"Eventually she sent him a message saying he was f***** and she was ringing the police.
"The complicit nature is so severe that I would say it falls just short of a defence."
