A man from Scotland has denied three counts of fraud which are alleged to have happened in Burnley.

Dominik Moore, 19, appeared at Preston Crown Court on Tuesday (September 29) charged with fraud by false representation, possessing or controlling an article for use in fraud, and acquiring/using/possessing criminal property.

The charges allege that Moore, of Falklands Crescent, Bishopbriggs, Glasgow, used Nectar cards belonging to another to obtain discounts on items in stores for himself.

It is further alleged that he had plain blank cards and a printer machine, and that he was in possession of items deemed to be criminal property.

Moore denied all of the alleged offences and was bailed ahead of a three-day trial on November 16 next year.

A pre-trial review was set for September 18 next year.
