Drivers in Blackburn should prepare for significant road closures as essential works are set to take place.
Greenside Avenue will be closed from October 6 at 8am until October 13 at 6pm.
The restrictions are set to remain in place at all times, affecting the full extent north of the junction of Railton Avenue.
Stanhill Road will also be closed from October 5 until October 18.

This closure will affect both Stanhill Road and Windsor Road, with restrictions in force at all times.
Additionally, the M65 Eastbound entry slip lane at Junction 5 will be closed from October 12 at 10pm until October 24 at 7am.
The restrictions are expected to remain in place from Monday to Friday between 9pm and 6am, for improvement works on the verge.
