Finalists have been announced for this year’s Variety North West PROPs Awards.
A total of 15 property organisations and professionals from across the region have been shortlisted for the 2026 awards.
They celebrate excellence in the property sector while raising funds for disabled and disadvantaged children.
Winners will be revealed at a ceremony on Thursday, November 12, at the Manchester Deansgate Hotel.
Lyn Staunton, development director at Variety, said: "After a thorough judging process, we're proud to reveal this year's shortlist, which reflects the strength and range of expertise across the North West property industry.
"We're looking forward to bringing the industry together once again in November to celebrate these achievements and raise vital funds for disabled and disadvantaged children across the region."
Last year’s event raised more than £400,000, funding six Variety Sunshine Coaches to support children and young people in the North West.
The awards help fund wheelchairs, Sunshine Coaches, days out, and specialist equipment in the North West.
Among the shortlisted nominees are Puma Property Finance, Stamford Finance, and PMJ Capital in the Funder of the Year category.
Developer of the Year finalists include The Heaton Group, Forshaw Land & Property Group, and Nexus Residential.
Michael Street of Word on the Street, Sara Newson of REALM 47, John Heaton of The Heaton Group, and Alastair Hoyne of Finanze Group are all in the running for Entrepreneur of the Year.
The Rising Star Award finalists are Heather Aspinall (GIA), Marie Cowgill (Finanze Group), Callum Barnes (Dalbergia), Tom Morley (SATIS Group), and Reece Gaulton (Sancus).
