A Blackburn man has been sentenced for two counts of voyeurism after secretly recording private acts for sexual gratification.
Wasif Dar, 44, of North Road, recorded the victim during private acts in Blackburn on March 11, 2025, and May 24, 2025, without consent.
He was sentenced at Burnley Magistrates' Court on September 10.
Dar received a 26-week prison sentence suspended for 12 months, a £804 fine, a restraining order, and must register with the police.
