The restriction, which came into force on Monday, September 14, covers the east side of the road from Ribblesdale Avenue's centreline and extends 51 metres north.
The decision, made under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, aims to improve road safety and traffic flow in the area.
The order can be viewed during normal office hours at Hyndburn Borough Council, Scaitcliffe House, Ormerod Street, Accrington, BB5 0PF, at the offices of the Director of Law and Governance, Lancashire County Council, County Hall, PO Box 100, Preston PR1 0LD, and on the county council's website.
